Welcome!

I cannot believe it is already time for another school year!

Mrs. Candy & I cannot wait to meet all of our new students and families! It is about a month away!

Here are some important upcoming dates!

We will have our "Meet the Teacher" night on Friday, August 11th from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. in our classroom, the Dark Blue Pod classroom B01!

You will receive a special letter in the mail from me! It will contain information about myself and Mrs. Candy, transportation information, which day will be your child's 1st Day of Kindergarten (8-16 OR 8-17) and a special time for you to come during this night.
I have assigned the students a particular time to come to that I am able to sit down and meet your family and parents/guardians will need to bring the paperwork from your letter or fill out paperwork. (Please let me know if you need to switch your time, it is perfectly fine! Please call or email me!)
Please bring your school supplies on this night. That way Mrs. Candy & I can get them ready to use for the 1st Day!
The letter with your time should arrive at your mailbox around the week of August 1st. Don't forget to check your mailbox for this letter!

Transition Days (Wednesday August 16th or Thursday August 17th)

Since our students are very young, and for many students, this is their very first experience in a school setting, we transition students into school. This means that we will have half of the class come in on Wednesday, August 16th and the other half will come on Thursday, August 17th.
On Friday, August 18th EVERYONE will come to school for their 2nd Day of Kindergarten!
I have sent a letter with your child's specific transition date with the welcome letter. Please check your mail the week of August 1st!
