We are finalizing all the details and will send home more information on Tuesday in your child’s T.I.G.E.R. Folder. We just wanted to inform you of the date as soon as possible. This way parents/guardians can make arrangements to attend!

White T-Shirt
Next week we will be having fun with colors. During color week we like to tie-dye t-shirts that we will wear all year long for special events and field trips. Please send in a white t-shirt for your child by Thursday, September 11th. Keep in mind they will wear it all year, try and find a shirt one or two sizes larger than what your child needs. The shirt does NOT have to be new, old stains will be covered with the dye!
Donors Choose
We want to make sure our students have the materials they need to succeed. So we've created a classroom project request at DonorsChoose.org, an award-winning charity. We are asking for donations of any size to help our kids. For the next four days, any donation you make to our project will be doubled (up to $100). If you know anyone who is passionate about education, please pass this along. Your donation will brighten our students' school year, and you'll get photos and thank yous from our class. Here's our classroom request: http://www.donorschoose.org/project/ipad-minis-for-our-kindergarten-classroo/1315114/?rf=email-system-2014-09-teacher_promo_expiring-teacher_2393354&challengeid=20428279/ To have your donation matched dollar for dollar, enter the promo code INSPIRE on the payment screen. This awesome match offer lasts through September 5! My students and I greatly appreciate your support.
