Open House
Last Friday was an AMAZING Open House!
Mrs. Candy & I were THRILLED to be able to meet so many of our students and families. We can tell it is going to be a wonderful year! I am excited for the first day of school and cannot wait for the school year to begin!
Thank you for taking the time to fill out the necessary paperwork, especially the blue cards and transportation information, which is vital in emergency situations.
If you did not finish the paperwork, please make sure to return it to school on your child's first day. If you were unable to attend:
We will send home the paperwork with your child in their backpack on the first day of school, please fill out the information and return it as soon as possible!
Please send in your child's school supplies in their backpack!
We would like to prepare our take home folders, called "T.I.G.E.R. Folders".
T.I.G.E.R. stands for Today I've Got Everything Ready.
Our T.I.G.E.R. Folders are essential for communication between school and home, please look through them every night and return to school every day!
Please check your child's Phase-In Day (8/13 or 8/14) to make sure you show up on the right day.
Your child will only attend ONE of these days (8/13 or 8/14) as their 1st Day of Kindergarten.
This date should have been in the letters sent out to you last week. If you have any questions about this, please don't hesitate to email (rachel.lindle@jessamine.kyschools.us) or call (887-5358). I have a record of what day your child should attend, as well as the front office.
On Friday, 8/15 ALL STUDENTS will attend school, as their second day of school.
